Your account

You need an account to book events. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to buy tickets.

Bookings and payments

Outlets set ticket prices and capacity. VibeOut adds a service fee shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments and pays outlets. Refunds follow the outlet policy listed on each event.

Content and conduct

Outlets own the event listings they post. You own the messages and content you post in squad chats and shop listings.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, and spam are banned. You can report any message and block any user from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours and remove violating content and the accounts that post it. By using VibeOut you agree not to post objectionable content and not to harass other users.
