Your account
You need an account to book events. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to buy tickets.
Bookings and payments
Outlets set ticket prices and capacity. VibeOut adds a service fee shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments and pays outlets. Refunds follow the outlet policy listed on each event.
Content and conduct
Outlets own the event listings they post. Report any event or user that breaks these terms. We remove flagged content and suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
